All sales are final.

Lake America products are made to order. Once you place an order, production starts. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, dislike of the design, ordering the wrong size, color, or style, or ordering as a gift.

That is the rule. Here is how we still take care of you.

If we confirm the issue is on the printer, we will replace the item. We do not issue cash refunds on made-to-order merch except where the law requires it, or if a replacement cannot be produced.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback instead of contacting us first, we will send the carrier the order record, tracking, and this policy. Please email us first. We will fix a real defect.

Legal

By completing checkout you agree this policy was available before purchase and that the goods are made to order.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
